What happens if I do not like the products?
We have an array of natural skincare products that may better suit you and your skin. If you are not getting on with a particular product let us know and we will swap it for something else that may be more suited.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only offer SKINBOX in the UK - however watch this space!
What date of the month do I receive my skin box? Or when is my box dispatched?
We despatch each order within 5 days of your payment being received and your monthly SKINBOX will be with you around the same date each month. Our current monthly ship date is the 20th of each month.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are not hidden fees. All you pay is your subscription fee and £3.95 for delivery
What if my skin type changes? Can I change my selected skin type before my next box arrives?
Yes you can, should you wish to change any products or your subscription type please use the contact us page to let us know what you would like to change or if you have any concerns.
Can I cancel my subscription?
After the agreed contract term that you signed up to comes to an end you have the choice to terminate your subscription. You can use the contact form to request cancellation. You must do this at least 5 working days prior to your normal payment date.
What happens when the contract term has ended?
If your contract term ends and you DO NOT cancel your subscription will will assume that you are happy with your subscription and payments will continue to come out and your subscription will continue on a month by month basis until you choose to cancel.
